Hey, Big Spender!

So my eBay auction closed out higher than I anticipated. I'll probably take a hit on shipping (read: driving it out to Budd Lake), but this almost pays my gas on two trips in my pickup back and forth from NJ to Cornell! Wait, that's a sad thought. =(

I missed the Skits auditions yesterday, as did I the Aikido demo. I was off being a Responsible Adult. Like a sucker.

I will be happy to have my hardwired internet connection back whenever they get around to it. I'm tired of the post-by-email gateway chewing on my HTML. When I do, I'm thinking of sending my PDA in for refurbishing so that the headphone jack can be repaired and so that a few screws that have fallen out of the case can be replaced. Also, it's become moderately unresponsive, particularly in the Bluetooth (though that could equally be the RAZR's fault). Depends on how much ($) and how long (Time (Clock of the Heart)).

Wild dreams, lately, but I keep forgetting to write them down, even though it's a soft assignment for my brain and sleep class. Whoops, again!

I need to check into the Learning Skills Annex and get a study plan down, and I need to check into the Career Services people and find out what I want to be when I grow up. I think they're both in Barnes Hall. Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow, but soon, and for the rest of my life. At least I have my appointment with my CAPS counselor ALL SET. There, I said it.

The following piece is a monologue I performed for "The Griot Show" last weekend: I get asked this question a lot: "Where are you from?"…

  • Coming to rest.

Copied from facebook (sorry, but it's something). One of the topics I was researching yesterday was sundive trajectories. It may be surprising, but…
