Also, I went to the dentist for the first time in probably 10 years. My wisdom teeth are impacted, but aside from that, my teeth are still awesome. Although I found out my teeth are hypocalcified, I still have never had a cavity. I was advised to floss regularly and to perhaps start using mouthwash (it's not just for fresh breath!) to keep the bacteria level in my mouth down. There was a substantial amount of bleeding when my teeth were cleaned; eww. But I was credited with having phenomenal brushing regimen.
