Deep Thoughts

Something that I think would be funny would be when talking to someone about a language to say, "Oh, ____? My, I haven't spoken _____ in forever! Does _______ still mean ______ in it?" Case in point, someone asks me if I speak Spanish, and I say, "Oh, Spanish! My, I haven't spoken Spanish in years. Does 'cacahuete' still mean 'peanut' in Spanish?" And it's funny, like if someone told you they were from Hattiesburg and you asked them if there was still that diner on the corner of Fifth and Endicott. Because language doesn't change like that. And then it's funny afterwards when you realize that language does change, and you're silly not to have realized that. You stupid freaking grammar nazi.
